What's involved in doing a Cochrane (systematic) Review?

The process involves 3 main steps:

1. Formulating and submitting a systematic review proposal form to us and if accepted, the topic will be registered in the Cochrane Library. Before completing the review proposal form, please check that the topic does not overlap with our registered Titles, Protocols or Reviews at this site - http://bit.ly/1D8mRPL.

The Cochrane Breast Cancer Group has review proposal forms available for four types of review. Please complete the systematic review proposal form relevant to your proposed topic: reviews of Interventions, Diagnostic Test Accuracy, Prognosis Studies or Overviews

2. Formulating and publishing a Protocol in the Cochrane Library

3. Formulating and publishing a Review and updating the Review in the Cochrane Library
