Declaring Conflicts of Interest:
All authors are required to complete a declaration of interest form in the title proposal form and also an online declarations of interest form after submitting the Cochrane Protocol and Review to the Editorial Base.

Licence for publishing:
For each Protocol and Review, all authors must complete an electronic Licence for Publication Form. An automatic alert will be sent to all authors once the Editorial Base has submitted the work for publication in the Cochrane Library.

Authors are advised to review the Cochrane Collaboration's policies regarding publication of their Cochrane Review in the Cochrane Editorial and Publishing Policy Resource.
