World Health Organization's  (WHO) International Clinical Trials Registry Platform (ICTRP) search portal: The WHO ICTRP search portal contains prospectively registered and ongoing clinical trials. Registered trials are retrieved from a number of providers as outlined http://www.who.int/ictrp/search/data_providers/en/index.html

Australian  New Zealand Clinical Trials Registry (ANZCTR): The Australian New Zealand Clinical Trials Registry (ANZCTR) is a national, online register of clinical trials being undertaken in Australia. The ACTR includes trials from the full spectrum of therapeutic areas of pharmaceuticals, surgical procedures, preventive measures, lifestyle, devices, treatment and rehabilitation strategies and complementary therapies. It has nationwide coverage of all clinical trials involving Australian and New Zealand researchers and participants. 

ClinicalTrials.gov: Provides regularly updated information about federally and privately supported clinical research in human volunteers. A service of the US National Institutes of Health, developed by the National Library of Medicine.
